This LGI Community of Practice will be a group of early childhood professionals coming together to engage in collective learning, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.
We will interact monthly to deepen our expertise and improve our practice through conversation and collaboration. Discussions will be guided by two certified LGI facilitators and will be focused on content from Level 1 Trauma-Awareness or Level 2 Trauma-Responsive Series.
Participants can expect to build relationships, exchange ideas and support each other. Interactions should foster trust and a sense of belonging. Through regular engagement, participants refine their skills, share best practices, and generate new knowledge relevant to the field of early childhood.
