School Assessments

⬣ Part 1 of our Sustainable Change Model

The cultivation of a healthy school environment often begins with assessing the current situation and identifying unique needs and goals.

NeuroLogic’s assessment team brings over 65 years of experience operating schools and partnering with Pennsylvania school districts and county systems. We don’t evaluate your school from the outside — we understand it from the inside.

Our Assessments

NeuroLogic’s school assessments give your leadership team a clear, honest picture of where your school stands and a practical roadmap for what to do next.

Basic Assessments

Not sure where to start? Our basic assessment is a conversational, no-pressure starting point. We meet with your school leadership to understand your current challenges, priorities, and goals — and help you identify which, if any, deeper assessments make sense for your situation.

Included at no additional cost with a NeuroLogic training contract.

Behavioral Health & Climate Assessment

A healthy school culture doesn’t happen by accident. This assessment takes an in-depth look at your school’s behavioral climate, student support systems, and mental health resources — and evaluates them against Pennsylvania state criteria.

You’ll receive a detailed written report identifying strengths and areas for growth, giving your leadership team a clear foundation for decisions about staff training, student support, and school culture initiatives.

Best for: schools looking to reduce behavioral incidents, improve student wellbeing, or strengthen their foundation for PBIS or MTSS implementation.

Cost: $2,500–$4,500 depending on school size

Physical & Safety Assessments (CPTED-Certified)

Conducted by a PCCD-registered assessor certified in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) through the National Organization of School Resource Officers (NASRO), this assessment evaluates your school’s physical environment — access points, visibility, facility design, emergency procedures, and more.

You’ll receive a written report with prioritized action items for strengthening your school’s physical safety. Completing this assessment also satisfies a Level 1 Baseline Criteria requirement, which can support eligibility for Pennsylvania school safety and mental health grant funding.

Best for: schools seeking to identify physical security vulnerabilities, meet PCCD compliance criteria, or prepare a grant application.

Cost: $2,500–$4,500 depending on school size

Integrated MTSS Fidelity Rubric

Already implementing a Multi-Tiered System of Supports? This assessment evaluates how consistently and effectively your school is delivering on that framework. Our team guides you through a structured review and produces a report identifying what’s working, where there are gaps, and how to strengthen your MTSS implementation over time.

Best for: schools already engaged in PBIS or MTSS work who want an honest outside evaluation of their fidelity and impact.

Cost: $1,000–$2,000 depending on school size
