Our Sustainable Change Model

Our model is flexible and customizable. We recommend that schools begin with a behavioral health and climate assessment. This informs the process of establishing a model for sustainable change in your school. Finally, a plan for evaluating the outcomes of the trauma-informed framework for the students’ and teachers’ experience is critical.

Supported Research, Tailored to Your School’s Goals and Budget

A recent research model was proposed for four of the six components we recommend. This model is called the S.I.T.E framework (Lohmiller, 2022) and further offers support that our method allows for school-wide sustainable change.

Each school faces unique needs as well as specific funding or time limitations. We specialize in creating tailored plans which include live in-person, live virtual, and asynchronous online learning opportunities.

Let us know what your school’s priorities and challenges are, and we will customize our model to meet your school’s goals within your schedule and budget.
